2000 Baseball Hall of Fame Voting Results

On January 11, 2000, the Baseball Writers Association of America (BBWAA) conducted their yearly ballot for induction into the National Baseball Hall of Fame .

Seventy-five percent, equaling three-hundred seventy-five votes, were needed for induction into the hall of fame. Five percent, equaling twenty-five votes, were needed for an individual to remain on the ballot until next years election. Below are the results for 2000 inductees.
