Thomas Edward Pannone is an active Major League Baseball player who pitches for the Toronto Blue Jays (2018-today). Pannone was originally drafted in 2012 , out of Bishop Hendricken High School (Warwick, RI), but did not sign and attended the College of Southern Nevada. A year later, he was drafted again, signed, and made his big league debut in 2018.

When Thomas Pannone made his debut, he became the third ballplayer from Bishop Hendricken High School to appear in the majors, joining Rocco Baldelli (2003 debut) and Jeff Beliveau (2012 debut).

On April 14, 2019, Thomas Pannone threw exactly three pitches to Avisail Garcia , all three were strikes (out #1). He then faced off against Brandon Lowe , served up exactly three pitches again, all three were strikes (out #2). The Rays last hope was Daniel Robertson , who received exactly three pitches, all three were strikes as well (out #3), putting Pannone in the history books, the third immaculate inning in Blue Jays history !
