Oklahoma State University M.L.B. Player Alumni

The Oklahoma State University baseball program started in 1909, Josh Billings was the first former Cowboy to make it to the Major League level. Names that appear in bold print are in the Oklahoma State University Hall of Fame.
Oklahoma State University's (OSU) baseball program has had its ups & downs over the years and the school itself changed their name once, but their fight song has remained a constant:

Ride, ride, ride, ride

Ride 'em Cowboys, down the field

Fight, fight, fight, fight

Fight 'em Cowboys, and never yield

Ride, ride, ride, ride

Ride on Cowboys to victory,

Cross (Opponent's) goal,

Then we'll sing.

Oklahoma State!

Ride 'em Cowboys, ee-yah!

Ride 'em Cowboys, ee-yah!
Did you know that there were sixty-one former Oklahoma State University ballplayers who made it to the majors? Send updates to Baseball Almanac .
