The University of Southern California baseball program started in 1889, Fay Thomas was the first former Trojan to make it to the Major League level.

Did you know that there are one-hundred thirteen former USC baseball players who made it to the majors (and Ralph Mauriello , who attended USC, but did not play for the baseball team)? Send updates to Baseball Almanac .

Through 2019, the USC Trojans have appeared in the fifth most College World Series (twenty-one) and won the most College World Series titles (twelve)!
