"When you're playing, you never really know what else is going on anywhere else in the organization -- except for what's going on in the clubhouse and on the field. That's the only thing you're familiar with. But I've realized that the amount of work and time spent on just trying to help us win games is immense -- and there are a lot of people doing a lot of hard work." - Tampa Bay Rays Special Assistant, Baseball pperations / Former Player Rocco Baldelli on MLB.com (Bill Chastain, 01/04/2014, 'Baldelli enjoying latest chapter of his baseball life', Source )
