Leonard Charles Green was a Major League baseball player for the Baltimore Orioles Washington Senators / Minnesota Twins (1959–1964), Los Angeles Angels (1964), Boston Red Sox (1965–1966) and Detroit Tigers (1967–1968). Lenny, his nickname, was signed out of Pershing High School and became their first player to make it to the majors!

Did you know that Lenny Harris was with the Twins franchise as they moved from Washington , to Minnesota , making him the last player in Senators ' history to wear #7 ( October 2, 1960 ), and the first player in Twins ' history to wear #7 ( April 11, 1961 )?
