Did you know that Adam Jones was awarded the largest contract in Baltimore Orioles history on May 27, 2012, a six-year deal worth $85.5 million ($8,500,000 in '13, $13,000,000 in '14, $13,333,333 in '15, $16,333,333 in '16, $16,333,333 in '17, $17,333,333 in '18)?

On September 21, 2008 , Adam Jones hit the final triple at the "old" Yankee Stadium in the second inning off Andy Pettitte . Earlier that year, on July 28, 2008 , Jones had another triple along with a grand slam in the same game at Yankee Stadium - only one visiting player before him had that pair of hits in Yankee Stadium, Pat Seerey on July 13, 1945 .

When Adam Jones hit his 25th homer in 2015, he became the first outfielder in Baltimore Orioles history to hit at least 25 home runs across five consecutive seasons (2011-2015)!
