Andruw Jones had seven 30-homer seasons in an Atlanta Braves uniform (1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006), trailing only two players in franchise history; hall of famer Hank Aaron (1957, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973) and Eddie Mathews (1953, 1954, 1955, 1956, 1957, 1958, 1958, 1960, 1961, 1965).

Did you know that Andruw Jones won ten (1998-2007) Gold Glove Awards , all of them consecutively , a tremendous fielding feat duplicated by two National League outfielders, Willie Mays & Roberto Clemente (each had twelve straight), and two American League outfielders, Ken Griffey, Jr. & Ichiro Suzuki ?

On October 20, 1996 , during Game 1 of the 1996 World Series , Andruw Jones became the first teenager in baseball history to hit a home run during a World Series game. His 2-run homer in the second inning off Andy Pettitte made Sportscenter, but Andruw wasn't content with only one history-making moment, so he launched another in the third inning (off Brian Boehringer ).
